Federal Work Study Job Assignments
When hiring a student in a Federal Work Study job assignment, use an R position number and a 2-digit suffix. The fund changed for Fiscal Year 2021 so please make sure the job labor distributions are the following:
- 100% R1A720 213000 60810 OSP2
Federal Work Study EPAFs need to include: (1) R position (i.e. R69500), (2) two-digit suffix (i.e. 00), and (3) job labor with 100% to Federal Work Study. If any information is incorrect, originators will have EPAFs returned to them for correction. Issues with the position and/or suffix will require the voiding of the original EPAF and creating a new EPAF.
