Student US Bank Purchasing Cards
The US Bank Expense Card Program is a resource provided to approved students which require purchasing for their position. Training is provided to the student once a completed and approved US Bank application is sent to pcards@rice.edu. Completion of the US Bank training module is required for all US Bank cardholders prior to receiving their purchasing card.
- How do I activate my US Bank Card?

Activate at www.usbankexpensecard.com or call 888-799-0030. The card password is the last 4 digits of your student number.
- How do I reload my US Bank Card?

Once your expense report has been approved through audit, your approver can send a reload request to PCards@rice.edu for the approved funds to be reloaded to your card.
- What do I do if my US Bank Card is lost or stolen?

Immediately contact US Bank at 1-888-799-0030 and email PCards@rice.edu. If the card is lost on campus, notify Campus Police (713-348-6000).
- What do I do if I notice a fraudulent transaction on my US Bank Card?

- I am missing an itemized receipt. What do I do?

Attach a completed Missing Receipt Affidavit (see Forms). It is expected that required receipts will be submitted and that the use of Missing Receipt Affidavits will be limited.
