Time Entry for Non-exempt Staff and Students
All non-exempt staff, student hourly workers, and supervisors need to refer to Time Reporting for Non-Exempt Employees (Policy 415) and comply with the roles, responsibilities, and time reporting practices. Non-exempt staff and student hourly workers report their time in iO using Web Clock or Time Card*. There are many time reporting resources (online guides, tips, links, and videos) available in iO through the Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) widget.
*Housing and Dining staff should follow their departmental procedures for time reporting using Timeco time clocks. Housing and Dining student workers use iO Web Clock or Time Card.
